Delete your Aqualynx account

How to request deletion

1. Open Aqualynx and sign in with the account you want to remove.
2. Go to the settings or account area and use the option to clear your saved data.
3. If you no longer have access to the app, send an email from the registered address to mmlabs@purelymail.com.
4. Use the subject line: Aqualynx account deletion request.

Data that will be deleted

• Profile data linked to your Aqualynx account.
• Synced aquariums and tank setup information.
• Water tests, maintenance events, and reminders stored in the cloud.
• Language, environment, and subscription preferences stored with the profile.

Processing time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. In most cases, synced data removal is completed sooner.

Some records may be retained only when required by platform rules, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
