Nature of the service
Aqualynx is an app for organizing and consulting information about aquariums, ponds, species, plants, corals, invertebrates, water tests, maintenance, reminders and preliminary diagnoses. The app provides support based on data, third-party sources, common aquarium practice and information entered by the user.
No professional advice
Information in the app is not veterinary, biological, chemical, legal, commercial or professional advice. Suggestions do not replace veterinarians, biologists, specialist retailers, test manufacturers or qualified professionals.
User responsibility
The user is solely responsible for decisions regarding their aquarium or pond, including animal additions, species selection, treatments, medication, fertilizers, dosing, water changes, filter management, feeding and commercial products. Aqualynx cannot guarantee the absence of errors, losses, deaths, incompatibilities or damage.
Values, compatibility and diagnosis
Parameter ranges, species compatibility and diagnosis sheets are preventive guidance. Before acting, always compare results with test instructions, tank history, livestock observation and qualified professional support when needed.
Data, cloud and notifications
Local data, cloud, login, sync, subscriptions, reminders and notifications may depend on network access, device permissions and third-party services. Users should keep backups and personally verify deadlines, dosing and maintenance.
Sources, updates and limits
Profiles, images, data and descriptions may derive from or be compared with third-party sources. Aqualynx may update, correct or remove content to improve accuracy, licensing and quality. To the extent permitted by law, Aqualynx and its developers are not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by app use.
Acceptance
By continuing to use Aqualynx, the user declares that they have read and accepted these terms, the disclaimer, attributions and app limitations. If the user does not accept these terms, they should not use the app.
Subscriptions
Pro and Ultimate features may require a subscription managed by the platform store. Prices, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
